SECTION 2 - THE PRODUCT: WHAT IT IS AND WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY

CarolSpin sells a small electronic music player with a magnetic back, designed to be mounted on a steel surface such as a refrigerator door, together with a set of nine record-shaped magnetic discs that trigger playback. It is a home decor and entertainment product. It is not a medical device and it is not a toy.

Please read the following before ordering:

- Magnets. The frame and the discs contain magnets. Keep them away from pacemakers, defibrillators and other implanted medical devices. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury: keep the discs away from children under 3 and away from pets, and supervise young children around the set.
- Battery. The frame contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Charge it only with the included USB-C cable, do not puncture or crush the frame, do not expose it to fire, liquids or high heat, and do not leave it charging unattended for long periods.
- Children. The set is designed for family use, and placing a record on the frame is simple enough for small children - but children should use it under adult supervision, and an adult should decide the mounting height.
- Music. The frame ships without any music on it. You load your own MP3 files. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any recordings you load onto the device. We do not supply, license or endorse any specific recordings.
- Mounting. The magnetic back holds on ferromagnetic (steel) surfaces. Some refrigerator doors - including many stainless steel models - are not magnetic. A simple test: if an ordinary kitchen magnet sticks to your door, CarolSpin will too. We cannot guarantee adhesion to non-magnetic surfaces.
