Anytime, as often as you like. Plug the frame back into a computer, swap the file in any of the nine folders, and that record now plays the new song. Some families rotate them through December - carols early in the month, and the sillier stuff by Christmas Eve.

Kitchen volume. Loud enough to fill the room over dinner noise, never loud enough to rattle the neighbours - and you can nudge it up or down with the controls under the artwork. Think music box, not bluetooth speaker.

Yes - extra record sets are available on this page as an add-on. Since every record simply plays whatever sits in its folder, extra discs are how families give each kid their own, or build a second set for grandma's fridge.
